Project Interfaith User Agreement

Project Interfaith, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, has established this world wide web site and domain of “projectinterfaithusa.org.” We provide complimentary information with the condition that users are bound by the terms and conditions set forth in our User Agreement. Project Interfaith reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time, without notice to you, and you are bound to the most recent and current version of the User Agreement each time you view the website. Use of this website constitutes your acceptance of all of the following terms and conditions, in their current form or as modified.

Description of Service

Project Interfaith provides users access to resources including public forums, videos, online tools, email, and general information. Project Interfaith assumes no responsibility or liability for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any use communications or personalization data or settings. All such risks shall be borne by you.

General Practices

Users acknowledge that Project Interfaith may establish general practices concerning use and information provided on the Project Interfaith website including number of days that message board postings or other content such as videos are retained by the website. You acknowledge that Project Interfaith has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any messages and other communications or other content maintained or transmitted by the Project Interfaith web site servers. You acknowledge that Project Interfaith has the right to delete comments or block users. You acknowledge that Project Interfaith has the right to change these general practices at any time without notice.

User Conduct

You understand that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages, or other materials ("Content") publicly posted is the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated. This means that you, and not Project Interfaith, bear all risks and liabilities for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the service. You agree to not use the service to:

Post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;

Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, an Project Interfaith official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service;
Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the Service are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges;
Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law;
Harvest or otherwise collect or store personal data about other users or members of the site

You acknowledge that Project Interfaith and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse, move, edit, or delete any Content that is available via the Service. Project Interfaith and its designees shall have the right to remove any Content regardless of whether such communication(s) violate the User Agreement. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content.

You acknowledge and agree that Project Interfaith may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the User Agreement; (c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Project Interfaith, its users and the public.

User Submissions

By submitting communications and content through this site you acknowledge content is viewable to others. Any termination or blocking access may occur without notice and you acknowledge that Project Interfaith is not liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access.

Modifications to the Service

Project Interfaith exists to serve its mission and reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service at any time and without notice to you. You agree Project Interfaith shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Termination

You agree that Project Interfaith may block your use of commenting without any reason. You agree that Project Interfaith is not liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Project Interfaith makes no warranties of any kind regarding this site, including accuracy or reliability of information provided or warranty that these pages, or the server that makes them, are free of viruses or other harmful elements, and such warranties are disclaimed.
